Artech Studios is the result of over twenty-five years of collective research and education in art, glass and hot glass studio equipment.

It is through this research that Artech Studios has designed and build ergonomic glass blowing equipment for studios such as Sir Sanford Fleming College in Haliburton, Ontario, Red Barns Studio in Prince Edward County, as well as a number of private studios.

Artech’s own hot shop in Tory Hill, Ontario offers classes in glassblowing and arts-in-residence programs. Artech also produces its own line of production blown glass pieces, merging contemporary design and traditional glassblowing techniques.

Artech Studios has recently built a Mobile Glass Studio and can take the show on the road, blowing glass just about anywhere. (k)nave contemporary art gallery is partnered with Artech Studios in Tory Hill and showcases some of Canada’s up-and-coming and established contemporary artist.
